Dancing journalist extraordinaire Michael Quintanilla appeared on today’s¬†SA Living program at News4SA¬†talking about Gridiron 2017. He mentions what local politician is making a guest appearance in a skit this year and dancing on the roof of City Hall. Gridiron actor Scott Huddleston and SPJSA president Michael Drudge appeared on today’s Great Day SA program on KENS5 Eyewitness News talking about why they join up with other journalists to produce and act in Gridiron 2017.


Doors open at 7:30 p.m., Sept. 30 at the auditorium on the beautiful campus of Texas A&M of San Antonio just 10 minutes south of downtown.

Come see local politicians, and many popular radio, TV and print personalities dancing their best moves fundraising for scholarships. Join area who’s who in the audience. Satire, whimsy, and local humor take the stage like no where else in San Antonio.

Online sales end at 11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29. Tickets at the door will cost $40 cash, check or credit card.

Students with college IDs may buy tickets for $20 at the box office the night of the show only or for $10 to the dress rehearsal from 7:30-9:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29.
